Physical Development Project Manager: The Physical Development Project Manager is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and managing the work of the Commercial Development, Housing, and Public Safety Committees and working with the volunteer Committee members to advance the Southwest Partnership’s goals in these areas. The Project Manager position requires a detailed oriented individual who is comfortable walking the streets of the seven neighborhoods interacting regularly with all members of the community as well as representing the SWP at formal functions. The individual must believe that it is possible for all of the SWP neighborhoods can become quality places for a diverse population to live, work, play, shop and pray. Administrative Assistant: The primary function of the Administrative Assistant is to ensure that the SWP records are maintained both in paper form and electronically. The Administrative Assistant position requires a detailed oriented individual who loves creating systems for maintaining information and working in a hectic, fast paced environment. The individual must be well versed in Microsoft Office products as well as the corresponding Google Programs. They must have the ability to interview staff and build filing systems that meet their needs, and be comfortable working with a diverse group of staff and volunteers in tight office quarters.
